Users can save Custom Objects or Products without naming the entities when saving the records.
By default, all entities saved without a name will display the entity name as 'No name' in the profile view.
The Icons and Email tag, if a tag prefix is defined, attributed to a Product type or a Custom Object type via the Control Panel will be displayed in both list and profile views when an entity is saved with a name.
If an icon is not assigned to a nameless Custom Object or Product type, then by default the icon is assigned to the nameless entity.
'No name' entities can be edited at any time after being saved. Navigate to the entity's profile view and use the Edit icon in front of the entity name field to rename the entity.
Entities saved without names are listed underneath the respective Custom Object/Product list views with the ID tag populated as the entity name.
To search for nameless Custom Objects/Products, use the Object ID in lookup fields across the system and in the global search tool in the header bar.
