By default, the system applies the logged in user's name to the list view. To view a different user's Communications or all user Communications, adjust the filter criteria.
Users and Contacts can be Participants of a Communication. Attribute any number of Users or Contacts to the Participants filter underneath the More drop-down to display a list of Communications the selected Participants are involved with.
The Participant's filter can be further defined by using the And/Or options between Users and Contacts.
Communication custom fields
Communication custom fields are set-up and managed within the Control Panel. These custom fields are available to apply as filtering criteria underneath the More filter option when a user is on the Communications list view page. See Creating Communication Custom Categories and Fields to learn more about building these values.
Search by Title
Key in an exact match of a Communication’s Title to filter the Communications list by Title provided.
Saving filters allows users to come back and reload a previously used filter at any time. Saved filters also drive the selections available within the dashboard widgets. Saving a filter doesn't save the results of the filter, just the filter query, so when the filter is loaded at a later date a list of updated results will populate. See our Saved Filters document to learn more about this feature.
