All Communications or a filtered list of Communications can be exported out of the CRM from the Communications list view page.
To export Communications;
- Navigate to the Communications list view by clicking on the Communications tab in the header menu bar.
- Click on 'Actions'
- Select 'Export to CSV'
A link to download the exported list of Communications will be sent to the user via an email.
Click on the 'Click here to retrieve your file' link on the Email body. After clicking, users are directed to a new Salpo instance window where the option is available to open the file.
Note: By default, all Communication start and end times are converted according to UTC time when exporting. This may indicate a difference between the time stamp in the Salpo instance and the exported CSV file. We intend to enhance this functionality in the future to display the user's time stamp.
