Sync DEAR Customers into Salpo CRM to display Sales and Purchase Order summaries within the Salpo CRM contact profile page.
To import DEAR Customers into Salpo CRM Individuals and Organisations:
Navigate to the control panel > Click on Integration > Locate the DEAR integration badge > Click on More Details > Click Sync contacts
This will start the syncing process. Depending on the amount of contacts syncing, this may take some time. Upon completion, an email will be sent to the logged in user who requested the sync.

DEAR Customers are created as Organisations within Salpo CRM.
DEAR Associated Customer Contacts are created as Individuals within Salpo CRM.
By default, a Works for connection is created between the imported Organisations (Customers) and Individuals (Contacts) for easy reference.
In the process of Syncing with Dear contacts, Salpo CRM will run a quick check through the Salpo contact list to find any pre-existing Organisations (Customers) and Individuals (Contacts) prior to creating a new Organisation or Individual profile.
If an existing contact is found, any Sales & Purchase records from DEAR will populate against that existing Salpo CRM contact profile (Contact profile > Dear System tab).
New Organisation & Individual profiles will be created for Customer and Contact DEAR records that are not existing already within Salpo CRM.
