Connection data can be exported only when the Contacts, Products, or Custom Objects list views are filtered by that Connection. At this time, lists can only be filtered by one Connection at a time.
When list views are not filtered by a Connection, data related to associated connections will not be available within the exported CSV file.
To export Connection data, users must navigate to the appropriate Contact, Product, or Custom Object list view page by clicking the appropriate module label in the top menu bar. After assigning the desired filters, choose the desired Connection to report on. The system displays the varying Connection labels associated with that specific module underneath the Connection button for selection. Once selecting the desired label, the list view filters down to show only results associated with the assigned filters and Connection.
Click on the Actions drop-down button and then the Export to CSV option to export this filtered list.
Select either Export selected columns only (which is selected by default) or Export all data from the export Confirm window and click Yes.
Export selected columns only - only the data pertaining to the columns in the current list view will be available in the export.
Export all data - The data pertaining to every custom field for that module, and the desired Connection if applicable, will be exported even though the data is not displayed in the module list view.
The link to download the exported file will be sent via an email to the email address attributed to the logged in user account.
Click on the link in the body of the email and click the Download button once Salpo opens in a new browser window.
When only selected columns are exported, the selected columns will be available only for the Source entity (primary contact). This does not include the information of any Connections.
