The new Contact profile page in Salpo CRM adds a new look and a feel to the CRM while enhancing the user experience and navigation across a Contact profile page.
Use the 'Try new design' option available underneath the Spanner icon to switch between the current and new profile page view.
The new information panel
The information panel on the right side of a Contact profile page is one key area that will have a new look and a feel.
Click the exit (X) mark on the information panel header and hide the information panel from the profile view. Hiding the information panel allows an expanded view of the profile page.
Click theicon on right top within the Contact profile to expand the information panel to view data saved against the Contact profile.
Categories and Contact custom fields
Contact categories can be expanded or collapsed and rearranged based on the users preference when viewing a Contact profile page. The system will remember the layout last used as a preferred' view so the next time the user navigates to an Individual's profile page, they don't have to expand, collapse, or rearrange the categories again.
The Contact field categories that have no data will be collapsed while the categories that contain data will expand to display data saved within the information panel by default.
The expanded categories can be collapsed and or expanded using the & icons on the contact category header.
To add Contact custom fields to categories click the icon on the category header. The Contact Standard/Custom fields attributed to the category will be available to select in a submenu.
The edit and delete options are available upon hovering over a Contact fields. Click the pencil icon to edit and the bin to delete data from the relative field.
Simply arrange Contact field categories on the information panel by clicking on the category header and dragging and dropping the category into the desired location when the cursor indicates the hand icon.
Standard and Custom Connections
Standard and custom Connection options are available underneath the Add dropdown. Unlike before, the standard and custom Connections unique to each module will be available underneath each module for easier viewing and organisation.
Merge and Delete Contacts
Click the menu option next to the Add dropdown on the right side of the Contact profile header to Merge and/or Delete a Contact or to switch back to the old Contact profile view.
The new tab view
The tabs to view Modules connected to the Contact are available below the Contact name pane. Use the arrow keys on each side of the Module tab pane to scroll through any hidden tabs.
Improved tab view
The data within the Contact, Opportunity and Object tabs will display as a replication of its own list view.
A Column Chooser is available in the Module tab for the user to select the their preferred columns to view inside the tab. The system will remember that user's preferred view moving forward.
Click the Standard filter option on the top left within the tab list view to filter the list by standard and custom Connections.
Access level permissions
Access level permission options have been moved alongside to the Contact name to improve the navigation experience. The permission icons change according to the permissions applied by the Owner of that Contact.
