Once the GDPR CAT add-on is enabled, Salpo will redirect the user to a GDPR email and Consent Portal settings configuration window.

Data protection officer details:
- Telephone No.
- Email address
Other important settings
- Enable/disable Opt-in verifications
- Senders email address

Populate the data fields with the requested information and select Preview to proceed on to the email template configuration window.
An opt-in verification email will be sent to Contacts via SendGrid when checked on the GDPR configurations window. After clicking Preview, the standardised opt-in email template displays for review. No changes can be made to the Organisation details that populate within the system fields on the templeate.
Click the Consent Email tab to preview the consent email template.
The Contact name field cannot be edited. The CRM will assign a value for this field at the time of sending the GDPR consent emails from the Contact list view page. The Company name, data protection officer name, title and footer fields are defined based on the value input on the previous screen under Company and data protection officer details.
The email valediction is a drop-down option to select how the consent email should sign off. If None is selected, there will be no value assigned against the email valediction.
Click Back to navigate to the previous screen and make any desired changes. Click Save to complete the GDPR email and consent portal configuration.
Once saved, the settings can be accessed again by clicking on the Settings hyperlink within the GDPR CAT add-on badge.
The GDPR CAT add-on is now configured!
