Once a Contact is synced with DEAR Systems, the following information will be available to view under the DEAR tab on Salpo Contact and/or Opportunity records:
- Sales quotes and successful/unsuccessful Orders
- Order statuses
- Invoicing information
To view sales information
Click on the DEAR Systems tab on an Organisation profile page to view any associated historical or new sale Orders. Sale Orders only populate in Salpo once the Order is Authorised in DEAR.
While on an Opportunity profile page, only the Order associated with that sale will display under the DEAR Systems tab.
The status of the Sale, Invoice date, Paid details and Due amount will update when changes are made to the original sale Order in DEAR Systems.
Use the icon (under View) to access the original sale Order in the DEAR Systems platform.
To view purchase records from suppliers
Purchase Orders for a supplier will populate in Salpo when the Contact is saved as a Customer as well as a Supplier in DEAR Systems.
