View all recorded Communications in a list format. The list overview is accessed through the Communications tab in the top menu bar.
The All, Standard and Scheduled buttons at the top of the list allow users to quickly sort the Communications by type. The Communications are listed chronologically by default with the most recent being displayed at the top of the list. Users can sort the Communications by date or subject, and apply a ‘Not’ term to the sorted list. The Not function is mainly used after applying filters to the list. (Highlighted in the red box below)
The list can be filtered further by users to create a custom view of the overall data or the list can be filtered to drill down into the data for a specific result view. (Highlighted in the green box below)
Like the homepage view, scheduled Communications are highlighted by an orange tag and overdue Communications are highlighted by a red tag.
