After creating a Scheduled Communication, it can be converted into a Standard Communication. This saves the need to log another Communication in the system. When converting, the time and date will automatically update to current but can be manually changed.
- Select the communication you wish to convert.
- On the right side of the subject line click the Convert button.
- If necessary, update the notes, date & time and any other details of the Communication.
- Click Save.
Upon saving, the Communication is then removed from the user’s Scheduled Communication list.
