    I am having trouble trying to connect to Rackspace email. The error is: Unable to authenticate with IMAP server. Please check your username and password.

    I know these are correct and I have copied my Host and Port details from my Outlook setup. Any advice?

    Thank you for your comment.

    Our email connector works with IMAP - can you confirm that your email server is configured for this?
    Also, make sure that the credentials that you entered are specifically the ones you use to log in to your email.
    If you have your emails connected to your phone, try the credentials that you use there.
