A. Please make sure that your spreadsheet is in a .csv format.
Q. I am receiving error messages after previewing my import, what do they mean?
A. The error messages are highlighting formatting errors in your .csv data. It is advised that you review and amend the data in your spreadsheet and re-upload, the most common formatting validation errors (and their remedies) are listed below.
Invalid telephone number - Telephone fields should contain numbers only, please ensure that cells do not contain letters or special characters.
Invalid email addresses - All email addresses should contain a "dot" and an @ symbol.
Multiselect & Dropdown "This option does not exist" - Ensure that the option does not have a variation (such as a spelling mistake, capitalisation) or is missing altogether. The import cannot detect that these variations are the same option.
