If you are a system adminstrator and have access to the Control Panel, you will be able to manage aspects of your account such as billing, user and account management.
Here is a guide to what you can do via the Control Panel:
Plan details - Upgrade your plan (limitation may apply depending on number of contacts in the system).
You can downgrade your plan here - however if you have exceeded the limits of the free account, manual deletion of contacts, users and files is required to bring it in with the limitations of the freemium version.
Email connector - choose to have your email connector switched on or off (does not apply to the Free version of Salpo CRM).
Account contact - The account contact is the person responsible for the billing and who will receive invoices. If the person responsible for the billing on your account changes, these details must be updated.
Current Usage - Monitor your usage on file storage, number of users and contact limits within the account limitations.
Admin - The main area for customisation in Lighthouse, you can perform the following tasks here:
1. Setting up contact custom fields
2. Setting up custom objects and object custom fields (Platinum plan only)
3. Restoring deleted contacts.
4. Adding/removing/ restoring users.
Billing Details - Subscriptions for Salpo are taken monthly by credit card. You can update your billing and credit card details here.
