The overview page allows you to manage all opportunities in Salpo CRM.
The overview displays all of the standard information about the opportunity (contact details and custom fields will come soon).
As with other overview pages in Salpo CRM, you can filter and export your data.
The opportunities filter comes with some default options such as All (default), Won, Lost or In progress.
Note: Won or Lost options will change to your preferred labels in the control panel.
You can filter your list further by selecting standard and custom fields from the More dropdown. Combine these filters to drill down your opportunities.
The results will refresh as you build your filter.
As with contact filtering, you can save your filters.
After selecting different filters from the more dropdown (or the Won/Lost or In Progress buttons), the saved filters option will be available under the Actions dropdown.
You can load saved filters any time by hovering over the tab top left of the page.
Based on your filters, you can export your list of opportunities to a csv file. This allows you to perform further analysis of your data in a spreadsheet program.
You can export your opportunities by selecting Export within the Actions dropdown.
