Opportunities are recorded and displayed in two locations, a list or profile page view.
- Opportunity list overview
Click on the Opportunity's name in the main header menu bar.
All Opportunities are listed on the Opportunity list view page. Each Opportunity will have its own profile page.
- Contact and Opportunity profile pages
Navigate to a contact or Opportunity profile page to view the necessary details.
Contact profile page
Click on the Opportunities tab within the contact profile page to see a list view of all Opportunities associated with that contact.
The Relationship column outlines how the contact is connected to the opportunity.
Owner: If the contact/user is the owner of the Opportunity.
Referrer: If the contact/user is connected to the Opportunity (using connections). Referrer will display unless there is a label against the connection in which case it will display the label.
Customer: If the contact/user is the customer of the Opportunity.
Opportunity profile page
Click on the Opportunity name in either the list or module profile page. Opportunities display including the associated contact details,the names of any connected contacts, Communications and any other connected modules if applicable.
By default the profile page displays the Overview tab. This page shows a recent activity log with contact details and Opportunity custom fields displayed on the right hand side. Contacts and files that have been linked to the Opportunity can be seen by clicking on the relevant tab underneath the name of the Opportunity.
The Add Opportunity window becomes available to record a new Opportunity upon selecting Add in either the list of profile page views. See Adding an Opportunity to learn more about this action.
Opportunity settings can be managed/viewed by navigating to the Opportunities section within the control panel.
