The report builder is an easy to use feature for building a graphical representation of the data results within Contact and Opportunity list views.
Create reports based on the list view saved filters in the Contact or Opportunity modules.
After filtering the list to the desired results, click on the Actions drop-down Create Report option to access the report builder window model. Name the chart and select the desired output. Each output has its own field requirements which build out the chart legend.
Once created, the reports appear in a right-hand panel within the module's saved filter list view. Click on the full screen icon to expand the report for easier viewing. If multiple reports are saved against a filter, users can toggle between the different reports within the expanded window. Edit the reports by click on the three dots next to the full screen icon.
Various types of charts are available using the report builder, such as: column, bar, line, pie and textual. The chart legend will display within the report as well as the counts, average or sum of the data attributed to the report.
The charts on the right-hand panel can be viewed in a full-screen display on the list view page or added to the home page dashboard via a widget to create a more informative dashboard.
