The Business Rules functionality automates the most common CRM functionalities in a Salpo instance.
To create and define business rules, the Business Rules feature must be enabled in the Control Panel.
Note: Control Panel access is required.
To enable the Business Rules feature, navigate to the Control Panel by clicking the icon on the right-hand side of the system header bar.
Click the Business Rules option from the Admin section on the right-hand side of the page.
Toggle the radio button in front of the Business Rules header to enable the feature.
The Business Rules feature must be active at all times for the defined Business Rules to successfully trigger. Toggling the radio button to the left will disable the Business Rules feature and would stop all of the created automated functionalities.
