Upon opening the App, the User is taken to the Contact list view page, which is a display of all Individuals and Organisations stored within the associated Salpo account.
Toggle between the Individual and Organisation tabs to filter the result by Contact type, or use the magnifier Search icon to access Saved Filters or search for specific records. The Saved Filter or search results will populate under a new tab on the Contact list view page. The results will remain pinned on the list view page until the User navigates into another Module.
Clicking on a Contact name will take you to the Contact record's profile page. Salpo's Mobile CRM App has the same functionality available in the web browser version so Users are able to access Contact records, use the quick dial and email functions, view and edit data stored against the Contact, create new and view connected Module records like Events and Opportunities, upload and view Files, Merge and Delete records, and add Communications / schedule tasks.
To update any of the standard Contact details or custom fields, click on the edit pencil icon next to the field. This will navigate the User to a zoomed in view of the data field where the value can be edited or deleted. If editing the data value, clicking Edit will navigate the User to a new screen where the value can be manipulated. The example below shows how to edit a Select field but all field types can be managed from the Contact record's profile page.
