Access Opportunities by clicking on the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen. Click on the Opportunities option which populates as an option within the left side panel. This will navigate the User to a list of all Opportunities that are viewable to that User.
Toggle between the Won, Lost and In Progress tabs to filter the results by Opportunity status, or use the magnifier Search icon to access Saved Filters or search for specific records. The Saved Filter or search results will populate under a new tab on the Opportunities list view page. The results will remain pinned on the list view page until the User navigates into another Module.
Clicking on an Opportunity name will take you to the Opportunity record's profile page. Salpo's Mobile CRM App has the same functionality available in the web browser version so Users are able to access Opportunity records, view and edit data stored against the Opportunity, create new and view connected Module records like Contacts and Events, upload and view Files, Merge and Delete records, and add Communications / schedule tasks.
To update any of the standard Opportunity details or custom fields, click on the edit pencil icon next to the field. This will navigate the User to a zoomed in view of the data field where the value can be edited or deleted. If editing the data value, clicking Edit will navigate the User to a new screen where the value can be manipulated. The example below shows how to edit a Select field but all field types can be managed from the Opportunity record's profile page.
