Products are added from within the Product Category list view page. Each Product Category has its own list view page for category specific reporting.
Use the green Add button to create a new Product listing under that category.
After selecting Add, an Add Product window will appear. The only required field is a Product Name. The standard fields found under the Product Details tab are optional but assist in further defining the Product before it is created within the catalogue. These fields can be completed/updated after the Product has been created.
Any custom fields associated with the specific Product Module can be filled out while creating the Product by clicking on the tabs at the top of the window, next to the Standard and Product Details tabs. These tabs represent the custom categories created within the Control Panel. See the Creating Product custom categories and fields document for more information.
After populating the necessary information and clicking Save, the User is directed to a profile page for the newly created Product.
