Draw attention raiser indication

When raising a draw attention alert, it would be useful for the alert to show who raised it. Currently, you receive the email drawing your attention to a comment but there is no indication as who thinks you should read it.

Hi Keith,

Great news. We have now added the notifier feature that you have requested.
You can now see this displayed when you draw attention to either a scheduled or standard communication.

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Keith,

The draw attention email you receive states in the subject line and the body of the email which user drew your attention.

The email is find but there is no indication on Lighthouse that the draw attention option has been used. This function will be used particularly for part time staff. With no indication on the system, an individual may receive multiple draw attention emails for the same subject from different members of staff as they would not be aware that the option has already been used by somebody else.

Hi Keith,

I agree, there should be something within the communication body to suggest that someone has drawn another users attention to it.

Have just tested this out but cannot see any indication. What should I be looking for?

Hi Keith,

A message containing which user drew another user's attention, will show at the bottom of the communication when you open it.
Hope that helps.
