File Note

There are occasions when information needs to be added to a Company record that does not fall under any of the 5 different communication options. For example, notification that a business is planning to open by a sign in the window. Would it be possible to add a "file note" option which could be used to cover this type of information that has not come directly from a contact in the business.

Hi Keith,

This is a great suggestion. We could consider adding an "other" option - this will be suggested to the development team - watch this space!

An update - we are currently in the process of QA'ing this ticket and adding some additional options, including "notes". I look forward to updating you over the next week.
