How do you ensure an internal email regarding a client is tracked against a client?

If I send an internal email to a colleague regarding a client, this must be view-able against the respective organisation. How would I ensure this is possible when I have not actually emailed the client therefore no tracking email address can be used?

Hi Tracy,

Thanks for your question.

At present we do have facilities in our custom objects module where you use tags to allocate communications to objects. However we have not had an immediate need to implement this is into our contact management module.

This maybe something we reconsider if users require it, but at present this is not scheduled.
