Xero integration - your thoughts

We have just released our Xero integration, we would welcome your thoughts on how we can this improve this functionality, please leave your comments below.

Hi Nicky, 

All contacts should be synced with Xero after integrating. You will not be able to view any invoices unless the contact is recorded in both applications.To sync an individual contact click on the Add button on the contact profile page and click on sync with Xero. This will make the Xero invoice available in your Salpo CRM.

Hi, I have connected Xero to Salpo and both are saying they are connected, but how do I see the customers invoice details in Salpo please? When I click into the contact, and then into the Xero button it just says that the contacts Xero billing details with appear here - even though I know I have done invoices for them and they are in our Xero account. Any advice appreciated.Nicky
