Turn a communication into a task
I think it would be really useful to be able to turn a communication into a task.
Scenario 1 - a website enquiry comes in - as a manager I want to be able to assign the enquiry to a user or group of users ready for them to action.
Scenario 2 - Handling complaints - again I want to be able to assign this to a user or group. Track the complaint through its stages and then be able to report off the back of this.
Scenario 3 - ticketing
