Use Business Rules to populate Date fields
When Module record is created and is of X Type (custom field condition), then populate a Date field (custom field) to be 5 days after the Date the Module record was created.
Example: When a Ticket is created for a specific development task or priority level and there is an SLA of 5 days, when the field used to define that task or priority level is populated, Business Rules should populate the SLA date or Due Date as 5 days from the date the Ticket was created.
